The RESTQ Cuest Application for mobile devices is a scale that measures the symptoms of stress and recovery of athletes in the last days prior to its completion.
It is based on the RESTQ scale (Kallus & Kellman, 2016).The Application does not collect identity data, but personal data such as gender, age, sport, test, sport level, and frequency and duration of training.
